Creating an AFO Order (Order Information & Submit)

In this section, you will select the AFO device best suited for your patient’s needs.  From Dynamic AFOs to Balance Braces, we offer devices that will help control the position and motion of the ankle, compensate for weakness, or correct alignment problems.

A description of each device is available as you click on the AFO image :

Click Next and you will be shown a summary of your order.  When you are ready to place the order, click on the Submit order button.

You will receive an email confirmation that the AFO order was sent to Go 4-D and will see the order in your AFO orders tab in the Go 4-D Portal.
