Creating an AFO Order (Step 4)
Step 4: Submit
Once all of the previous steps are complete, the order is ready to be submitted. If you are not quite ready to submit the order, there is an option to save the order as a Draft. The patient’s record will be saved on the Home page for submission at a later date.
Please note, once you submit the AFO order, changes to the design or cancellation of the order are no longer possible. For design related questions, please contact email@example.com before submitting the order.
Go 4-D will send an auto-generated email confirmation upon successful receipt of your order.
